About Eric Wagner
I was a small-town kid from southeast Ohio who dreamed of hitting the game-winning shot, a walk-off home run, or throwing a last-second touchdown pass for the win. My summer days were spent shooting hoops 6 hours a day. During high school, I would ask my coach to open the gym early so I could run suicides and shoot 100 free throws before school started.
I went on to play small college basketball but during my intro to photography class, my focus changed from wanting to be a professional athlete to a professional photographer. Over the last 20 years, I have worked hard at developing my skills and I have had many incredible opportunities to photograph some the most prolific athletes and storied-programs in the country. Including LeBron James, Roger Federer, Gabby Douglas, The Ohio State University Football program, ESPN College Football Playoffs, and Nike.
I believe in going the extra-mile for my clients and crew. I value hard-work, honesty, integrity, teamwork, and most of all relationship. These values still ring true to my heart.
I am passionate about creating content that lives longer than a post. For me, it's more than an image. Every day, I aspire to create authentic, powerful, lasting imagery that will continue to tell a story.
